The first Proud Mustache opens inside the Bicol Petroleum complex in Cararayan, Naga City: an air-conditioned café with a bakery, kitchen and small grocery under one roof. Fill up, grab a coffee, pay your bills and pick up the day's bread in one stop.

From the deck oven
Everything is built around a baker's deck oven: pizzas, pies, apple pie with ice cream, waffles, cakes and baked New York cheesecake, alongside fresh Bicol food from our own supply chain.
Coffee, roasted by us
We roast our own coffee in-house rather than buying it roasted, so every cup is fresh.

Straight from Bukal Pandayan
The Proud Mustache stores are supplied by Bukal Pandayan: the Farm Gate, the Katayan, the Merkado and our own logistics. We buy direct from Bicol farmers, and go to the wholesale market only for what doesn't grow here.
Our one rule
